Ain and Zain Medical Village; An integrated medical, scientific, academic and educational complex that provides the latest medical and health services and scientific research with high quality, in accordance with approved global and national standards. Only physicians with admitting privileges are allowed to hospitalize a patient at AWMV
The admission process to the hospital is executed via the admission division (2 offices):
Located in the ground floor (main entrance) for cold cases. It admits patients during official working hours (8:30-17:00) the whole week except Sundays and official holidays and Saturday till 13:00 PM.
Located in the emergency entrance
For emergency cases, it admits patients 24/7.
Patient′s admission submits to his/her treating physician’s approval. The physician will complete required documents (admission request, required medical reports…) after getting patient′s approval for admission and treatment or any patient representative if he/she is minor or unconscious.
Signed the related form (admission form) by patient or patient’s relatives and reviewing its content to confirm the guarantor and to find out what he/she may be required of amount of money that are not covered by guarantors
When the patient arrives to the admission office, all the personal information will be registered in the system and all the required documents are received from the patient, then the patient will be oriented to concerned department where he/she will be admitted by responsible nurse.
