Upon completion of Phase 2 of the project, the center will encompass 17,000 m2 covering 4 symmetrical and interconnected blocks, designed to resemble the traditional Lebanese house on the outside, but with a modern green-building twist.
The Center’s buildings are designed to be environmentally friendly, conserve energy and minimize greenhouse effect through the use of solar power.
